In this high-visibility role, you will play a critical part in supporting the end-to-end Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deal execution process, including sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and integrating strategic transactions. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across finance, strategy, legal, and operations, while gaining hands-on experience in live deals and strategic initiatives that directly shape the company's growth trajectory.

Corporate Development Associate will be responsible for:
• Executing transactions for clients in the Aerospace, Defense & Govt. Services Sector.
• Perform analysis on potential mergers and acquisitions of companies in the ADG and broader Industrial space.
• Be creative in the support of senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
Corporate Development Associate should have the following qualifications:
• 1+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development.
• Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods
